I. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and purchase of electronics, software, and computers ("Products") through Green Mars ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing Products from Green Mars, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

II. General Provisions

1. Eligibility
   
   • Green Mars deals exclusively with businesses (B2B) and not individuals.
   • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

1. Products and Pricing
   
   • All Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
   • We reserve the right to change Product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

III. Orders and Payments

1. Order Acceptance
   
   • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

1. Payment Terms
   
   • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment options.
   • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect payment details.

IV. Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping
   
   • We offer various shipping options, and the applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
   • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and shipping method.

1. Risk of Loss
   
   • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit.

V. Returns and Refunds

1. Return Policy
   
   • We accept returns of unused and undamaged Products within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
   • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the Product is defective or incorrect.

1. Refunds
   
   • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

VI. Warranty and Liability

1. Warranty
   
   • We provide a limited warranty for our Products. The warranty period and terms vary based on the Product and manufacturer. Please refer to the specific warranty information provided with your Product.

1. Limitation of Liability
   
   • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the purchase of Products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Product.

VII. Software Licensing

1. Licensed Software
   
   • All software sold by Green Mars is licensed, not sold. The use of software is subject to the end-user license agreement (EULA) provided by the software manufacturer.
   • We do not sell or deal with any unlicensed software.

VIII. Compliance with Egyptian Law

1. Legal Compliance
   
   • We comply with all applicable Egyptian laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151/2020), the Law of Combating Information Technology Crimes, and the Intellectual Property Law (No. 82/2002).
   • Employees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to Egypt. This includes, but is not limited to, labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

   • We adhere to the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151/2020), ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data collected from customers.
   • We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
2. Dispute Resolution
   Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the purchase of Products shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

X. Amendments and Modifications

1. Changes to Terms
   
   • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
