Computers, Electronics and Software Policy

I.Introduction

  

Welcome to Green Mars. As a startup dedicated to innovation and excellence in the computer, electronics, and software industry, we have established the following company policies to ensure a safe, productive, and inclusive workplace. These policies are designed to support our mission, values, and commitment to quality.

VI. Compliance and Legal Requirements

  

1. Legal Compliance Employees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those specific to Egypt. This includes, but is not limited to, labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry standards.

2. Reporting Violations Employees are encouraged to report any violations of company policies, laws, or regulations. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.

VII. Software Licensing Policy

  

1. Unlicensed Software We do not sell or deal with any unlicensed software. All software products must be verified as properly licensed before being offered to customers.

VIII. Gifts, Invitations, and Entertainment

 

1. Acceptable Practices

  • Employees may accept or offer gifts, invitations, or entertainment that are reasonable, not extravagant, and comply with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Gifts or entertainment must not influence, or appear to influence, any business decision or create a conflict of interest.

2. Reporting and Approval

  • Employees must report any gifts, invitations, or entertainment received or offered to their supervisor or the HR department.
  • Approval must be obtained for any gifts, invitations, or entertainment that exceed a specified value limit set by the company updated periodically by CEO to Team Leaders.

3. Prohibited Practices

  • Employees are prohibited from accepting or offering any gifts, invitations, or entertainment that are illegal, inappropriate, or could harm the company’s reputation.

  • Green Mars strictly prohibits any form of bribery or corruption. Employees must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the Egyptian Anti-Corruption Law.
  • Employees must not offer, give, solicit, or accept any form of bribe, kickback, or illegal payment to obtain or retain business or to gain an unfair advantage.

3. Training and Awareness

  • Green Mars provides regular training on business ethics and anti-corruption laws to ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and the importance of compliance.

4. Reporting and Investigation

  • Employees are encouraged to report any suspected violations of anti-corruption laws or company policies. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
  • All reported violations will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken if necessary.
